Tom C. Feeney III

Thomas C. Feeney, III is highly experienced with municipal law, real estate, eminent domain, business and corporate general counsel and general litigation. Mr. Feeney’s experience as a municipal attorney includes serving as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Deltona and Cocoa Beach; and also as Legal Counsel to the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Ocoee. In 1990, Mr. Feeney was elected to the Florida House of Representatives and on November 21, 2000, he was sworn in as Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. Elected to the United States Congress in 2002, Mr. Feeney served on the Financial Services and Judiciary committees as well as the Science committee, which oversees NASA. Mr. Feeney’s current clients include Central Florida Space, Defense and Technology companies as well as continuing practice in municipal law, real estate, eminent domain, business and corporate general counsel and general litigation. Mr. Feeney has recently accepted a position with the prestigious “Heritage Foundation” as a visiting Fellow.
